Eligibility Criteria for Accreditation
This standard applies to the training providers who provide training and certification
courses. This accreditation standard focuses on operational guidelines and the framework used to administer and conduct training and certification courses.

  1. Training and Learning
    Training Program
    The training program’s standards are the most crucial element in providing a practical and accredited training course. To qualify a training provider to be nominated as a certified training provider.
    The description of the course delivery is as follows:
    Training and learning methodology (interactive) must be formulated for the trainees to participate.
    The training and learning outcomes should be clearly defined and communicated to the trainees.
    The training content and activities must be commensurate with the training objectives and final results.
    The training materials and curricula must fit the most modern and innovative learning standards and be relevant to the topics taught.
    The course should be designed and compared with the learners’ abilities and learning preferences and adjusted to suit individual learners’ needs.
    Trainers must have sufficient knowledge, experience, and competence to further their areas of training.
    To verify that the training provider is following standards may be required to submit some of the following document:
    Course overview, curriculum, and objectives.
    Course deliverables plan and duration.
    Program modules.
    Program materials.
    Defined KPIs (key performance indicators) for both trainees and trainers.
    Training reports and attendance.
    Photos inside and outside the headquarters of the training providers
    Trainees’ feedback forms and the tools for results analysis.
    Trainer Competence and Qualifications
    The trainers/instructors must be motivating, skillful, and engaging individuals who can easily facilitate the learning process and engage learners. They must demonstrate a high level of competency, technical knowledge, and relevant practical work experience.
    Trainers must have current educational knowledge and a minimum of five years of experience in occupational positions related to their delivery.
    Trainers/coaches must have the full proven qualifications and knowledge to deliver the Training program.
    Trainers’ profiles must meet the global training standards (e.g., knowledge of teaching techniques, class management, developing trainees’ achievement).
    Trainers must have a planned and organized approach to train and support trainees, and they must follow a personal and professional standard of Conduct.
    To verify that the training provider is following standards may be required to submit some of the following document:
    Trainers’ CVs and professional profiles, which include evidence of experience, credentials, and qualifications.
    Proven experience regarding trainers’ qualifications for the training programs they are working on.
    Trainers’ continuing professional development activities and experiences.
    Training notes and lesson plans.
    Competence standards and protocols for selecting the trainers and monitoring their performance.
    Trainees’ feedback.
    Assessment methods.
  2. Quality Assurance
    Training and Learning Support
    The training provider should maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure adequate training resources and materials, professional training venues, and proper learning environments and resources to support high-quality training and learning experience
    The required training practices are listed below:
    Maintaining and using up-to-date training demonstration materials.
    Accessible learning and developing tools and resources for trainees.
    A formal learning and development environment enables students/trainees to acquire and digest the presented knowledge.
    Skilled and motivated assistants who support and assist the trainees in acquiring the necessary knowledge.
    Effective administration teams to assist and support the trainees.
    Policies and procedures in place to support a high standard.
    Regular hygiene, safety, and security checks to protect trainees, staff, and visitors.
    To verify that the training provider is following standards may be required to submit some of the following document:
    The organization’s legal documents and tax proofs.
    The training curriculum and other materials that are regularly used by your training center.
    Summary of training support regulations.
    Proof of the standards followed in the chosen training location.
    Mechanism of processes and procedures for providing training.
    An organizational chart includes staff roles, the team responsible for course delivery and design, and day-to-day operations.
    Health and safety reports.
    Curriculum delivery plans.
    ProfessionalismTraining providers should maintain practices that adhere to all regulations, legislative rules, and protocols to maintain an ethical and professional business.
    Protocols
    Ensure the integrity of the processes applied within the training places (e.g., separation of trainer and examiner roles).
    Commitment to professional development for all staff.
    Compliance with regulatory/legislative requirements.
    Ensure financial viability by demonstrating regular financial monitoring and reporting.
    Accessible course rules and regulations that can be easily accessed by trainees and staff.
    Ensure that the training provider has a government registration certificate and that he meets all requirements.
    Trainers’ standards include continuous evaluation and a proper developmental plan for training staff.

    CPD (continued professional development) activities for employees.
    Website URL and social media information.
    Official license and registration certificates.
    KPI review process.
    Processes for ensuring and auditing the training organization’s compliance with regulatory and legislative reporting requirements.
    External accreditations.
    Periodical inspection reports and grading.
    Complaint handling and feedback process.
    Process for identifying personal conflicts of interest, compliance processes, and procedures.
